Company Profile
Since its establishment in 2005, GSBPL has been at the forefront of vaccine manufacturing in India.
It has since supplied 300 million doses of vaccine for children for Universal Immunisation Programme and 160 million doses of vaccine for export.
Currently GSBPL has two manufacturing lines at its manufacturing plant in Gummidipoondi that has the capacity to produce 360 million doses annually.

Manufacturing Capabilities
GSBPL has its manufacturing facility at Gummidipoondi, Chennai, housed in 2.5 Acre.
The manufacturing unit consists of a fully automated filling line complete with ORABS and a Lyophilizer with Auto Loader and Unloader System. The manufacturing process is fully compliant to 21CFR Part 11 standards.
The manufacturing unit is supported by a in-vivo and in-vitro Department with a competent team and latest equipment.
The supporting Water System and HVAC units are compliant to 21CFR Part 11 standards and are maintained by well trained personnel.
The Quality Assurance team is well trained in the maintenance of cGMP, GLP and GDP as per the latest guidelines.
